Consult your vet for use of medications and procedures. If you would like a handy ready made kit, I found this one online: Pet First Aid Kit
Additionally, have a pet poison control number handy. One is, ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center Phone Number: (888) 426-4435. Know that many poison control lines DO charge a contultation fee and are not free. Please look up and have information to your liking ready for an emergency. Also have contact information for your regular vet and an emergency vet posted in an easy to find place in your home in case of emergency. It’s great to plan ahead and be prepared.
