Thank you so much for your interest in Scottsdale Pet Services. Getting started with us is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Take a look at the steps below and let us know if you have any questions.
- You can request service by giving us a call or sending us an email. Email is preferred, as we are out in the field assisting pets much of the day. We will then discuss your service address to make sure you are within our Zone (please see tab on this website– “Service Areas”) , pets (species, quantity, age, etc.), dates and type of service requested. An intake form will be emailed to you that will include information about the pet(s) that will assist in care. Please have this ready for our Meet and Greet appointment. Pricing for your service will be discussed and determined.
- Next we will schedule a Meet and Greet. At the meeting in your home, you will get to know your pet sitter, as well as introduce them to your pet(s) and walk them through the house and discuss the pet care routine. This is also when you will provide us with the details on how we will access your home, whether it be a key or pin pad code. We strongly suggest providing a key even if you have provided an access code in the event of a power outage.
- Payment must be made prior to your departure or care cannot be guaranteed. Payment is due at time of reservation. Please read our “Policies” page for more in depth information on billing, payments, and cancellations.
- Enjoy your time away from home while feeling confident that your furry family members are being well cared for by a loving and attentive pet professional. After each scheduled visit, if you like, you will receive a visit log text including an update and pictures of your pets.
