Hi, I’m Michele. I am an experienced pet sitter in Fountain Hills and the Shea and Cactus Corridor areas of Scottsdale, Arizona. I am pet CPR and first aid certified. I am also a former human nurse. I am insured, background checked, fingerprinted and have Department of Public Safety Level One clearance. I even carry a pet first aid kit, drop in transport crate and fire extinguisher to my pet sitting visits— just in case. In addition to having my own dogs and cats, I have volunteered for many animal rescues as a caregiver and photographer and currently at a horse rescue for several years. I’m currently training for Canine Myo-manipulative Functional Therapy— AKA dog massage! In the future I will offer, cold laser therapy and kinesiology taping, as well.
My business was started out of our love for pets and helping others. After having several difficult holiday pet boarding experiences myself several years ago, I became aware of the great difference in putting pets in out of home boarding compared to letting them stay in the safety and comfort of their own homes. One of my dogs would have severe panic attacks, thrash, paw and cry out from agonizing fear if boarded. He would come home with unexplained injuries, He was not boarded again once I learned of his agonizing fear.
